Step Up’s mentorship model is built on four pillars that characterize the experiences and relationships youth need to develop into young adults equipped for success.
We facilitate this development through a variety of career exploration, professional development, and social emotional learning programs. As a mentor, your role is to share your unique insights and to model participation in mentorship activities facilitated by Step Up staff.
