Mentor Step Up teens (ages 14-18) on a high school campus in your city and guide them as they define and pursue their visions of success! As a mentor, you'll engage with teens and participate in sessions facilitated by a Step Up fellow. During the session, you'll participate in confidence-building and career-readiness activities alongside teens, providing support, guidance, and mentorship.
