Luminaries Career Coaching
As a matched mentoring program for young women and gender-expansive young adults ages 18-23, Luminaries Career Coaching offers professional coaching to help jumpstart dream careers over the course of three months for free! Those who participate receive monthly career coaching from Step Up's network of mentors in three mentoring sessions, during which they set goals and define what success looks like for them.

The Blueprint Powered by Visible
This series provides behind-the-scenes access to industries and hands-on experience with the mentors who work there, as part of our commitment to expanding community and connection for young women from diverse backgrounds! Each monthly workshop supports mentees as they manage new and greater responsibilities, navigate new environments, and strengthen their growth. Through each workshop, mentees receive instruction + coaching, build connections with fellow participants, and craft a personal blueprint of success for areas including: financial literacy, personal well-being, professional prep and community engagement. Experienceship
Step Up's Experienceship is a two-week program that gives participants the opportunity for job shadowing during a virtual, short-term internship. Taking skills and social capital and applying them in practical job-shadowing, network-building, and workplace experience-gaining opportunities, Experienceships provide a great bridge to workforce pipelines and career-readiness.
