What To Expect

Through a mixture of both in-person and virtual programming, Step Up provides the structure and support for teens (ages 14-18) and young adults (ages 18-29) who identify with girlhood to pursue their unique dreams of success

Whether they're applying for college, seeking a job or internship, or simply looking to build confidence and plan for their future, Step Up is here to support every girl – no matter where they are on their journey.

Our programming is made possible by mentors (ages 30+) who volunteer their time and expertise to support Step Up girls as they become confident, connected, and career-ready.

For Teens (Ages 14-18)

Explore Career Pathways
Explore Career Pathways allows high school teens to explore different companies and workplaces and learn about the career pathways of mentors who work there.
Explore Step Up on Campus
Step Up on Campus is a national evidence-based supplemental school program that offers high school girls support as they transition into young adulthood. Facilitated by an on-campus educator, teens have the chance to explore careers, strengthen their social-emotional skills, and connect to mentorship opportunities and developmental experiences in their communities.
