Our digital community provides Step Up young adults ages 18-29 with on-demand mentorship (we call it “flash mentorship”) that allows mentees to receive practical advice and guidance from their mentors in a one-on-one setting. In addition to forging new connections, mentoring on your own schedule, and taking self-guided lessons, you can also get certified as a mentor and earn a badge to share on LinkedIn!
