Explore our membership levels below and select the investment and impact that’s best for you. With your membership, you will enjoy opportunities to mentor Step Up teens and young women, and have access to programs that inspire continued growth and connections in your own career!
Your membership dues are both an investment in yourself and an investment in the next generation of women leaders. For example, members who join at the Luminary Circle level and commit to donating $1,500 per year are underwriting a semester of after-school career exploration and mentorship programming for one girl. While you’re investing in her future, you’ll be enhancing your own through your participation in Step Up community and network-building programs for members.
As a member, you’ll want to frequently visit the Step Up calendar to register for upcoming programs that interest you. Also make sure to subscribe to Step Up emails to receive invitations and announcements. Already a member? Step Up invites members to write supportive and motivational messages to our mentees. We look forward to seeing you at a program soon!

Step Up members have a passion for empowering girls and a commitment to mentorship. Luminary Circle members, with their annual gifts of $1,500, represent the cost of funding one teen girl through Step Up's after-school career exploration and mentorship programming for one semester. Members-to-be may find the right membership level for them by looking at the tiered options below:

Equips a high school partner with Step Up career and peer mentorship curriculum for one year.
Supports 25 Step Up alumnae with opportunities to participate in networking, access diverse career pipelines and continue the cycle of mentorship by becoming mentors themselves.
Underwrite one semester of after-school career exploration and mentorship programming for one teen girl to access meaningful mentoring relationships which will guide them towards their unique goals: first, by identifying those goals and then, in building the roadmap to get there.
Enables girls’ career exploration through one experiential field trip to a Step Up partner company.
Provide Step Up girls at three schools with the supplies needed to explore career interests, gain exposure to various industries, and begin to build a career path.
Increase equitable access to safe and brave mentorship environments where all girls can thrive.
Many companies have matching gift programs that increase the impact of their employees' charitable gifts.
A dollar-for-dollar match is common, but some companies contribute two or even three dollars for each dollar an employee gives.

When you invest in a Step Up corporate partnership, your organization will join fellow Step Up corporate supporters as thought leaders in workforce development and employee engagement. Your team will gain access to year-round membership and volunteer opportunities. Participation introduces Step Up girls to careers in your industry and ignites their confidence in their ability to succeed at work. Virtual and in-person opportunities range from mentorship conferences, career exploration field trips, speaker series, and more! A Step Up staff member serves as point person for your team’s activities. Investment options start at $10,000.
