Explore Career Pathways allows high school teens (ages 14-18) from Step Up partner high schools to explore different workplaces and learn about the career paths of the mentors who work there. This gives girls the opportunity to expand their horizons when planning for their future, meet professional women who are well-established in their field, and gain confidence in their social skills.
Explore Career Pathways sessions are closed to outside mentor registration – but there are other ways to get involved!
Interested in hosting an Explore Career Pathways session? Facilitate a day of career exploration through a company tour, featured speakers with different company roles, and a collaborative activity related to the industry or company for high school teens. Explore Career Pathways sessions are available for organizations who invest in Step Up at the $25,000 level and above. If your company would be interested in hosting this mentoring opportunity, please fill out the Step Up Corporate Partner Interest Form.
